He is a member here. Doesn't post much anymore though. Probably got tired of the negativity. He's fairly active on the VOAI.

Two friends in the old guys riding club (ROMEO) have that conversion, on Goldwings. I like the unit, It has independent front wheels, and drives very well, IMHO. I don't have the need to own one yet, could happen anytime at my age. Hoser

Their specialty is Goldwings, Valkyries, the large Vulcans, and Harleys. In theory it should be more stable and drive better than a trike. My wife says in a couple of years when our son is older she will go out with me if I have a trike, and I must say this trike intrigues me. The price of 9 to 10 k for this conversion sounds reasonable.

I believe there is a road trip in my near future to New Prague, MN. I'd like to test ride one of these on an 1800 Wing, and it's only 83 miles from my door. I've always liked the reverse trike concept over convential trikes, knowing that a trike is just a few years in the future...

I KNOW one of deez days gonna be a royal P I T A gittin Phat Ghurl offin the side stand! And she-Phatt Ghurl-AIN'T gettin no lighter! I can see me doing this mod cuz It's reversible and I still have a Valkyrie-versus anything else that is out there. Most new conversions are North of 30G and ABOVE! I know last year G/W trike conversions-new-were in the 35-37G range. My neighbor earlier this year got a plain jane H/D trike that was flirting with 35G BEFORE taxes! IF I need a trike to STAY in the wind-so be it! RIDE SAFE.

The September 2016 Wingworld on p31 has a new Goldwing with a Tilting Motor Works Trike kit. There advertisement is they are the only 3 Wheel conversion that rides like the Original. I'd like to test ride one of these. They are supposed to be at WingDing in Billings, Montana, but too far to go for a test ride for me. If I have to ride a trike some day it would be great to still lean in the curves.

Ok, my brother-in-law, Jim, and I drove to New Prague today, to look at and test drive the Endeavor Reverse Trike. Norm Kokes, the designer and builder of these trikes is one of the nices individuals you could ever meet. He took a lot of time to explain the features of his design and just shoot the bull with us. We had a chance to view a trike under construction and then Norm allowed the two of us to test ride his personal machine, his trike on a 2001 Wing. So here is my impression. These front ends are over engineered with top notch components using Progressive shocks, automotive wheels and double disk brakes. Norm unlinks the front and rear brakes to eliminate balance issues. The frame is made of square tubing. A small locking storage compartment is built in but it is not water proof. It has about the capacity of one of our saddle bags. For the Wing, a small front facing radiator is added. The current build operations are one at a time, so you get almost a custom bike. I would not even refer to it as "production". Norm's shop is small with one bike lift, but one must start somewhere. Riding this trike was a challenge, but that may be because I have never ridden a trike of any kind, nor have I have ever ridden an 1800 Gold Wing. The steering was very responsive, to the point you had to take care not to woller left and right on a straight road. I needed to relax. When initiating a turn, it seamed to want to tip, but that was just an impression. We were assured that this trike could not be tipped over. Norm told us that a team of test riders had come out and tried to roll it, but had failed. We rode the trike down a loose gravel road and with car tires front and rear, it performed well in that environment. If I wish to stay in the wind, after I can no longer stay on two wheels, the Endeavor Trike will likely be in my future...

Even though I said it was fugly, I'd likley buy one if I could no longer ride on 2 wheels. Great engineering is not always pretty. Function is more important than looks.

Thanks. The front end unit did overpower the Victory that is still on eBay. It looks much better on a Wing. https://endeavortrikes.com/photo-gallery/

I will include this shop at top of the list in a couple of years, maybe sooner. I hope this venture for him becomes a big success. Competition is already moving in with Tilting Motor Works and now Motor Trike is making a strike. The 3 wheel market is huge as we become geezers.
