Nothing Personal, I have owned HD as well. Just thought this was really well written and pretty funny as well.

Doesn't sound very factually correct.  Just a bash, and I have never owned HD

What always get me going is the word 'JUNK"  Immediately, to me, the writer has lost all credibility in MHO.

If the Harley ,or anything that has been given the descriptive noun  "junk' , it is, to me, an indication of the writer's ignorance.  Generally speaking, if it were truly junk, the company couldn't continue to exist.  Exceptions to Chinese mfr's with their poor quality control.

I didn't read all of it but the paintbrush was too broad. Opinions and opinions not backed up by facts.

I don't particularly like HDs,  An air cooled twin of low horsepower doesn't appeal to me.  HD keeps making them so the owners must like them enough to keep HD from updating to liquid cooled.

It's called marketing. The bikes are a sideline. Works for them. Folks love'em. Their bikes are big enough and powerful enough for the average folk. The average folks don't ride'm too much. Trailer them out to Sturgis putt around in the hills every couple years. Weekend bar hopping. Satisfies most. Add some expensive custom stuff to make it yours. Add some really expensive stuff to make it fast if you want it that way.

Not my cup of tea but if someone gave me one I'd keep it.

Guess the newest big thing for HD is the addition of another set of valves in the cylinder heads. The HD boys are already making claims of greatness on the way!
