I have no idea if its pot or tobacco. But it makes me curious. Would the Secret Service personnel stop her from doing something illegal ? I don't know the answer . I SUSPECT as scrutinized as they are though its a cigarette. Far be it for me to judge an 18 year old under that kind of scrutiny for possibly smoking weed. I'm sure I was the only 18 year old here to smoke weed.
