I have had my IS for 2 or3 years . When I got it  the pigs where cut and real bafflrs were drilled I am not sure about the front. If the front have been driled will I have to rejet the carbs if I cut the real baff off and put my stacks on and will it blue my headers. Will I have to mod my side bages

Only if you need to. Otherwise the exhaust will come out of the rear.

You should probably install adjustable needles only. That will give you some flexibility if needed. There shouldn't be a need to rejet unless you want to upgrade the stock slow jets from 35's to 38's and leave the mains alone. That's not for the exhaust mod that's to avoid fouling the 35's which fouling easy to do. If you do do the 38's you will need to set pilot screws to 1.75 turns out instead of the stock 2.25 turns for the 35's.

There should be little need to modify the saddle bags.

I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to
