Anyone hear of or use Bleachbit for cleaning your computer - removing history, cache, old files etc.?

I'm no guru, and I'd never heard of Bleachbit before, but a quick look at it looks decent. I like that it's open source mainly.

Also, semi related for anyone who's getting rid of a computer, if you're concerned about remnants of your data being picked up by the next person, you can get a program called Darik's Boot and Nuke, install it to a bootable CD or USB thumb drive, boot off of it and it will do a DoD level wipe on your hard drives.

(Of course, that means EVERYTHING will be erased, data, the operating system, programs, EVERYTHING.)
