I was one of the many, many  greeters for veterans on #20 Honor Flight, NE Indiana.  This was a 'grab shot' as the veterans came through the welcoming line after the Flight. Now a good photo is worth a thousand words but this one takes just a little explaining.  The veteran is in his wheelchair and he is tired after a full day. The two little girls weren't tho. Screams of "GRANDPA" and you see the slightly blurred but unposed results.

Just a small story with a blurred pic but.................

That's a good photo, and you're right it says more than a thousand words.  It speaks of honor, sacrifice, respect, love and hope for the future.
