My daughter who is ten thought we she go out for lunch for my birthday today. We jumped on the Valk and 60 miles through the Bridger Mountains to Wilsaw,MT and had lunch at a great little bar and grill. Then did another 75 miles to get ice cream at Mark's in and out in Livingston,MT on the way home. She's ridden several times but we doubled her longest ride today. Great time spent with one who meens the most to me. The Valkyrie helped make it happen!!

What a special event/time!!!!   No doubt something both of you will remember the rest of your lives.

Sounds like you have a very special daughter.   I well remember the last ride I gave to my daughter.   It was special... cooldude

Kids are the thing that keeps us going, and the worrying never stops, my three kids are all doing good and on there own so I thought it would be rest time but then the grand kids came and it starts all over, gotta love them

I still remember to this day, back in the sixties, when nobody ever gave a damn about safety, and I was 6 or 7 years old and I was riding with my dad on his 50cc Sachs. I can still see him in front me, putting my arms around him but hardly could hold myself because my dad was so big. When I close my eyes I still smell his leathers.
A few years ago I rode with my dad and now he was at the back of my Interstate. He was very impressed by my Valkyrie, but he couldn't be more impressed than I was as a little kid by his 50cc Sachs!

Unfortunately I don't have any kids, but I'm sure you beat my best rides of this year!  cooldude
