Does it matter which intake manifold the petcock gets it's vacuum from?

Bike has been desmogged and I can't make any sense out of the diagram in the manual but I'm thinking that it doesn't matter where the vacuum comes from. am I right?

Nope - vacuum is vacuum, from any intake.
