reaffirmed today what the U S Constitution gave us-AMERICANS-way back in 1776. No need of a permit for concealed carry by Missouri citizens. Have NO idea HOW this affects out of staters. RIDE SAFE.

Excellent! Great news.  And, MO has reciprocity with AL, and most states.  I think there are 23 or 24 states with reciprocity, but Trump will sign nation-wide reciprocity first day in office if he is elected.

But, I am 99.99% sure, that you will need a MO concealed permit, on paper, to be honored in any other state. Reciprocity only applies to permits, I am sure it will NOT apply to Constitutional Carry. Just be sure.

It's interesting that the state with the most open carry laws is right across the river from the state that has the most restrictive gun laws, Illinois.  So far, it has not been working out for Illinois...

Yep. And according to libs the Illinois (Chicago) problems are not the fault of their failed gun laws which protect criminals from citizens. The cause of the 2 a day murders in Chicago is the surrounding free states of Indiana & Missouri.  crazy2

Now how it can be that these free states which are causing Chicago's murder capital status don't share Chicago's high crime rates is something we are not supposed to talk about, think about or notice.

When we started our nation building endeavor in the sandbox I didn't think it could be successful because the seeming irrationality of the people there didn't seem capable of supporting self-governance.

Much like the irrationality of blaming surrounding states for Chicago's high crime rates makes me question the city administrators ability to run their city too.

Kansas has no requirement for concealed carry or for open carry for law abiding citizens.  I have a concealed permit since I am not always in Kansas. Kansas has never required open carry license that I am aware of.  Hoser  Smiley

Bout 540 miles there bouts to my brothers place in Illinois. HOW can it be Missouri's OR Indiana's fault that the dumb sumbitches in Chicago are blowin each others chit away?  uglystupid2 Oh-wait-I KNOW this one-cuz the Constitution WORKS-mostly-in these 2 States!  cooldude When I purchased some firepower here in Missouri my friendly neighbor hood gun shop DID Run the feeble eye back round check on me.
