Thank you for proving my point.....Flint is a result of a corrupt Government trying to bypass existing regulations that had been in place, working for years. It was only when they tried to do something cheaper, that serious problems started to arise.  I'm sure some of our members that live in the area will have a better grasp on the issue, but this seems to be the gist of it.
