I saw this this morning but have waited to post to see what info becomes available.  this is just about 10 miles south of me.

apparently there were other devices attached to the one that exploded which did not detonate.

there were no injuries, but since the run was behind schedule, with the time of the explosion, it would have been at the appx time runners were coming to the finish.

as a prevention, we had a very large seafood festival shut down and canceled in Point Pleasant which draws thousands of people every year just about 10 miles north.

Whoever did this, if working alone was very busy yesterday, that's a lot of driving and a lot of toll roads to travel...meaning there has to be some video and/or photos to go through.
