It was great time. I think everyone was pleased despite the damp weather at times during the ride.  Appreciate the time you put into organizing the ride. I heard nothing but compliments about the hotel, the ride and the lunch in Brandenburg was awesome.  cooldude

I am so sorry for not posting sooner,  BUT , It is 7:15 and I just got thru the door at home.  I ride a bit slower and more careful now.  Only had a 45 minute delay in Louisville as some redneck metro was sitting off to the side of the highway, and ALL the rubberneckers had to gawk and stare. Otherwise not a moment of trouble.

I want to really thank the four of you for putting on a super fantastic weekend.  You deserve a   B  I  G   congrats for such a great effort to make our time together so  soo  soo special.  I will always cherish your friendship.  I also want to thank everyone for showing up and pitching in where needed.   LATE BREAKING  NEWS------  iF STEVE AND THE CREW CAN WORK OUT THE DETAILS---CORYDON WILL BE GROUND ZERO FOR 2017.

Again,  it was a cincere pleasure meeting and greeting everyone and I had a fabulous time and am really looking to meeting, greeting, riding, getting lost, scaring Steve and Diane into a frazzle, delucious food again, and beautiful weather.  Can we do it again this weekend.

A big congrats and thanks to Steve, Gavin, and everyone else that helped make the DRU a success again this year.  Made some great new friends.

There is a lot of time and effort that goes into the planning and organizing any ride like this, and the DRU planners did a great job.  Hats off to you all!  cooldude cooldude

Thanks for putting this all together again this year.  The rides, motel, dinner and fireside chats were great.  Rode out on 62 with Dennis and Henry, its a fun road to ride.  Dennis dropped off in Madison and split off on 27 on the north side of Cincy to head back to Oxford leaving   Henry to run the slab back home.  Got in about 1:00 had had our anniversary dinner with my lovely Wife Jan.    She insisted that I go on the ride for as she reminds me, "you won't be able to do this forever." Cry
Big BF will be at Dennis' place tomorrow and I'm trying to rearrange my schedule to run down.

Monica and I made it home around 1:30 today.  It was definitely a better ride than the one going out there!  LOL  We had nice weather coming home.  Bikes have been cleaned on a little and made presentable again.  Total miles for the weekend...685 miles.  It was definitely worth it...even with the rain.  Great roads and better friends.  Can't ask for more!

Great job again...Mrs. Kep and I always enjoy this event and look forward to it every year. We really appreciate all the time and effort , Steve , that you and everyone involved put into making this happen. The rain Saturday really didn't dampen (no pun intended) anything. Even though Mrs. Kep "HATES" riding cold and wet..she had no complaints. The route was great , food was great and the people were the best. We always meet someone new and that is always fun...with old age or brain damage (you choose) setting in , I don't alawys remember names so well..(maybe I just think I'm meeting new people..haha). It's especially  great to see the regulars(Smoking Joe, Wood Butcher, Fudgie,Gabby,Gavin (and son), Jimmytee, BillBakin, just to name a few.Hoping to talk my daughter and her fiancee into riding my Wing down with us next year.Again...thanks so much for all that you do , all the hard work and preparation , we both appreciate it beyond words.

Thanks Steve and Gavin, it was a great ride.  Only my second DRU, and hope to make many more.  Down from West Chester Saturday morning, back after the ride on Saturday afternoon.  409 miles all together, longest ride in the time I have had the Valk.  No problems, loved every minute of it.

Great time and thanks to all.
Got home at 3:30 and 600 miles exactly round trip. Don't think I  could ride much further distance in the same state.
Looking forward to next year.

What every one said.  The motel, the location, and the gab fest were all that I experienced before. As you know I didn't take the ride or the lunch but I more than got my money's worth any way.

530 miles round trip and never left the state.
