were granted citizenship. how many are like the guy just arrested today waiting their turn to be a terrorist here?

now that the gov't screwed up who knows if they can be deported since they now have citizenship even if by mistake.

"More than 800 illegal immigrants from countries of concern who were set for deportation were mistakenly granted U.S. citizenship because the Department of Homeland Security didn’t have their fingerprints on file, according to an internal audit released Monday.

The Homeland Security Department’s inspector general found the immigrants used different names or birthdates to apply for citizenship with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration. In the case of 858 immigrants from "special interest countries or neighboring countries with high rates of immigration fraud," the discrepancies weren’t caught because their fingerprints were missing from government databases.

A few even managed to get aviation or transportation worker credentials, though they were later revoked. One became a law enforcement officer"

Ya, but, but, they're surely just the widows and orphans our president said we shouldn't worry about.

People want to protest something? That's what they should be protesting.

But it's ok because we have ISIS contained. So let's just keep bringing a few hundred thousand more of them in here. I mean, what the hell.

Tax dollars at work and many don't care how that money is spent.

Oh wait a moment. Exactly how many citizens aren't paying taxes???

The thing that bothers me is these are experts, they are professionals in their field, they know the in’s and out’s of the whole system.  These blunder to me are very obvious, and they should be to you, I can’t believe our most prestige universities would produce these total brain dead professional. Even I am not that stupid.  Looking at the big picture, there has been many very serious blunders that just seem to go away in short time. And it seem like they are not going out of their way to hide it either.  Good journalism, bull crap, more like intentional leaks, bait the public and see how they react.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but from my recollection of my wife's naturalization paper work (which we submitted 3X due to bureaucrats losing her paper work) there is a statement just above where you sign the application that says something to the effect of "if you provide false information, it is punishable by fine imprisonment, and revocation of citizenship".  Simply nullify/revoke their citizenship and send them on their merry way, oh wait, thats not what king obama and his evil henchmen want.  Never mind.

The government didn't f*ck up, they just allowed 858 more terrorist to register as democratic voters, that is all that matters to barry's homeland security at this point. It doesn't matter how many Americans they will eventually kill!

It seems I remember that the 'perp' in MN was a somalian muslim. I was talking to some friends from near that area in MN and they said our wonderful government brought in 10,000 somalian muslin refugees not too long ago and just dropped them off without notifying the local officials. Seems also like that sounds familiar, our government has dropped off refugees in other areas with no notification. Don't ya just love this administrations transparency.

Normally I believe in the axiom "Do not attribute to malice that which can be explained by incompetence" but after a while, even government incompetence doesn't seem to be enough to explain what's happening, and one has to wonder if this is intentional malice on the part of certain people.

Wasn't that axiom Comey's rationale for not recommending indictment?

If they can accidentally granted citizenship then they can be have their citizenship revoked.  It's the government, they can pretty much do as they please.

It amazes me of the incompetence in this world.  This is not just a problem with your government, I see it all too often in my own government.

I always believed that if you were not born in a country then citizenship should be conditional.  If you commit a violent crime then you are stripped of your citizenship, you do the time ion jail, and then we throw you out of the country for good.  No second chance.

I wonder how citizenship can be given without fingerprints, but, since we are talking about this administration I guess anything can happen.
Last night I heard the number has gone from 850 to now 1800. Imagine that.

Since when are gov't employees the professionals/experts in anything??

We had Barack Obama and John Kerry negotiating nuclear weapons deals with Iran's terrorist leaders.  The same idiots who thought Romney was back in 1985 when he said Russia was a geopolitical adversary.  Gov't doesn't hire the best, it hires those who are owed as we are learning about Hillary's hiring practices.  Remember the Obamacare roll out, millions and millions on web sites that failed.
