I was living in Lamar Colorado when this happened. Watched both nights. From what I was able to gather the EVEIDNCE Is pointing at her brother who was nine years of age at the time of Jon Benet's MURDER. Even had he admitted it at the time under Colorado law he could NOT be prosecuted for her Murder. And looks like Mom and Dad helped cover it up. After watching this program the corruption of he Boulder D As office makes Chicago and L A look like rank amateurs! If you watched this same program what sort of conclusions have you drawn? Did ANY of our resident barristers watch this program? As always-T I A for any and all considerations. RIDE SAFE.

Get tired of seeing this kind of stuff. Like usual, money talks. Yes he was too young but now he should face justice if he did it and if the father is alive he also should be held accountable. ( I haven't followed it and don't know if he is alive.)

I suggest you watch the program. The Boulder police department just wanted to pin it on the family and tried everything they could to do so. Then when they couldn't get it done they looked stupid. They spent all this time trying to frame the family when they could have spent it finding the real killer.

I would be real careful about trying to determine guilt or innocence, BASED ON A TV SHOW!

Too much evidence clearing the family. DNA does not even match any of the family members.

I'm inclined to believe the DNA findings and the detective [ I believe his name is Schmidt, the tall thin fella]
