rear wheels

Are all rear wheels the same for all years '97--2003 and all models?  Thanks in advance.

I think the wheels are, but not the rotors and their bolts (some countersunk holes with flush bolts, and some straight holes with buttonhead bolts.  May be a caliper difference too.  The wrong mix rubs. 

Someone will tell it better (with years).

There's two kinds of rear wheels. In 99 only the Interstate had the
"new" wheel, after that everything has the new wheel. All wheels
fit on all bikes fine, as long as they have the rotor they are
supposed to have.
