Any one have any advice and input on aftermarket Batwing Fairings for a 1998 Tourer.  I am thinking about it, but do not want to affect the quality of my ride just for looks.  I have 58K on my current Tourer and it has been great, just "mulling over" some changes.  Any advice GOOD or BAD, PROS or CONS would be appreciated

Hate to repeat but.........A Woody and Glenn are a great combo! Looks great, quite functional fits like a glove and Glenn was always there for any questions.. Even had the stereo and speakers shipped directly to Glenn. Fairing showed up and all I had to do was take the outer shell in for paint. No regrets!  cooldude

I have a Honda fairing on one of mine.  I don't want one on the others.  Harley up?  I haven't heard of anyone trying to de-tune their Valkyrie.  Is that your Harley in the picture?  Do your ride it?  How many miles have you put on it?  I hope it pleases you.  I'm too kindto tell you what it looks like to me.

We could always pull 4 plugs and pull out in 3rd gear that would really " Harley Up " a Valkyrie. I've had this one for 18 years and I wouldn't trade you even for the Harley .... Long Live The Dragon.

Did not care for the HD fairings. Got the uncommon Rifle Cruiser. Seamless mounting. Love it!

Ride safe, y'all!

I have the Memphis Shade bat wing.  I can pop it off in seconds if I want to go semi nude.  Never been able to re-install without loosening the brackets and sort of massaging it back on.  Not hard to get to the brackets though.  Not as elaborate as the Woody's but way more economical.  I think I have $600 in mine, not counting the vinyl wrap which I did myself.

Have since added lowers that I have notched to allow for the turn signal.
