I have an extra bed available at the san-ran motel 1/2 mile away from ground zero. room is $89+tax/night split in half.
or
If you have an extra bed at ground zero and need a roommate I'd be willing to cancel the reservations I have

I have friend, Jeremy (snores, can bring you earplugs) that is set to sleep on our couch in one o the Philips houses, but if you have a bed available, he would probably be prefer that.
Do you still have an extra bed and do you mind snoring?
