That's hilarious, especially the guy that got zapped. Some years back I heard of a guy that kept having his signs stolen so he rigged his up as well. Soon as it was yanked out, it set off an alarm, floodlights came on, video kicked in and the sprinkler system went off. The local constabulary picked up the culprit a short time later, about 3:00am right after his misadventure, then had the entire video played on local TV with the morning and evening news. It was said the cops that picked him up were laughing so hard they had tears, one cop was shown laying across the hood of his car howling with laughter. The thief was standing there with cuffs on and dressed in a full suit and tie, turned out to be one of those running for office. Don't think he got elected.

I saw a couple of kids one night sneaking up and window peeping on my daughter. I snuck out and about 25 yards behind them threw 2 M80's about 10 feet behind them. Their feet could not get traction to get out of there fast enough. Never had that problem again.

The videos were funny, but looking at the broader picture...at what point in one's life does stealing the property ...and first amendment rights from your neighbor become okay.
These are not low IQ "scumbag gangstas"... these are people who might wave as you walk by their front door.

speaking of signs,  I drove down past our street and saw what I thought was a Vote for Hillary as President 2016 sign.  Instead, it read in official looking format 'Hillary for Prison 2016'     Am sure you can pick them up since appears to be made for the mass public. 

o.k.,  gee whiz, not another political thread.

Back on track,  I doubt anyone would want to steal one of those signs am sure is safe in the yard.
