When Comey, the director of the FBI decided not to charge Hillary Clinton, it looks like it had more to do with money than motive.

Director James Comey told the American people that Hillary did have classified information; she did delete state property and didn’t turn over all work emails.

Despite the apparent laws Hillary Clinton broke by having a home server for conducting federal business, the director of the FBI cleared her by saying she had no intent on breaking the law.

He called her reckless and that was the end of the email scandal. Well, until now.

A source close to the workings of the FBI and the Clinton Foundation has released his findings to the press.

It has come out that James Comey accepted positions and financial compensation for working as a general counsel for Lockheed Martin.

Comey worked for Lockheed and in one year, the first year Lockheed would become a major Clinton Foundation donor, Comey was paid $6 million in 2010.

The same year, Lockheed Martin won 17 private contracts from the State Department. Guess who ran the State Department in 2010? Hillary Clinton.

Lockheed Martin also joined the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt and the group paid Bill Clinton $250,000 for a speech in the year, 2010.

To take it a step further, James allegedly made sure his brother got in the loop too.

Peter Comey, the brother of the FBI director works as Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas for a company named DLA Piper.

DLA Piper is the company that performed the “audit” on the Clinton Foundation in November.

The employees of DLA Piper as a whole have donated a very large amount to elect Hillary Clinton.

In fact, DLA Piper ranks number five on the Hillary Clinton’s all-time “Top Contributors” list. DLA Piper comes in right above Goldman Sachs.

Ironically or coincidentally James Comey owns a mortgage on his brother’s house as a Private Party lender.

When looking at the way the FBI ran the investigation into Hillary, it is clear that someone was covering for her. The lead agent on the case resigned in the middle of the investigation and many think it was because he wasn’t allowed to do his job properly.

Agents were blocked from interrogating witnesses, blocked from serving search warrants for key evidence and even allowed the pay-for-play scandal involving the Clinton Foundation to be swept under the rug.

Lead FBI agent John Giacalone abruptly resigned in the middle of the investigation in February 2016.
pay-for-play involving the Clinton Foundation were not properly vetted, ultimately white washed
FBI agents were blocked from serving search warrants to retrieve key evidence
FBI agents were not allowed to interrogate witnesses and targets without warning
FBI agents had been trying to interview Clinton since December 2015, approval delayed by top brass
FBI agents believed Clinton case was being “slow-walked” to run-out-the-clock
FBI agents stunned that targets Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson were permitted to sit in on Hillary Clinton’s FBI interview.
Clinton and aides cited amnesia. In Clinton’s case she claimed due to medical complications.
Attempts to secure Clinton’s medical records to confirm her head injury were sabotaged by FBI Director James Comey

FBI Docs: IT employee labeled his work “Hillary coverup operation”

“This wasn’t a legitimate interrogation,“ a FBI source said. “It was more of a proffer passed off to the media as a tough criminal interview so the public would think she (Clinton) was being grilled.”

Comey has no credibility anymore and should resign, the FBI under any partisan appointed official is compromised from the onset.  Congress needs to pull the FBI out from under the Justice Department and stand it independent with the director appointed by both houses of Congress with term limits.

I can agree with that. It is a shame that Comey threw away his integrity on such slime and he should be held criminally liable.

I am not disputing any of the information provided, except the FBI does not indict people.  It conducts investigations and then turns them over to the US DOJ for decisions on indictments and trial.  The FBI likely makes a recommendation on indictment based on the quality of evidence secured in each case, but it is only a recommendation, not a final decision.

It certainly seemed strange when Comey took the TV spotlight and announced a decision it was really the DOJ's to make.  It certainly seemed he was doing so to take the heat off Loretta Lynch (who had just met with Slick Willie at some airport a day or so earlier).

When the DOJ/AG becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the president, existing solely to do his bidding and follow his policy, our republic is in trouble.

I have read that the framers considered making the AG another national elective position along with Pres and VP.  They probably should have.  When Presidents think and act like absolute monarchs, the DOJ and AG become a vitally important part of checks and balances (or certainly should be).

Had HRC been a mid level active duty NCO with a crypto job and clearance, and did what she did, does anyone believe the sergeant would have been given a pass from prosecution????????

A double standard between the common man and our ruling elite certainly does not seem like what our founders had in mind for good government.

Seems more than a few not only agreed with you but may have pondered the same thoughts.

At the Constitutional Convention of 1787, James Madison proposed the plan to divide the central government into three branches. He discovered this model of government from the Perfect Governor, as he read Isaiah 33:22;

"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver,

the LORD is our king;

He will save us."

[Baron Charles Montesquieu, wrote in 1748; "Nor is there liberty if the power of judging is not separated from legislative power and from executive power. If it [the power of judging] were joined to legislative power, the power over life and liberty of the citizens would be arbitrary, for the judge would be the legislature if it were joined to the executive power, the judge could have the force of an oppressor. All would be lost if the same ... body of principal men ... exercised these three powers." Madison claimed Isaiah 33:22 as the source of division of power in government

I say we pretty much already have this in our present government. I doubt in the time they could have imagined how corrupt people could be. They in their innocence designed a system that in the own words and vision of John Adams,

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

What we see in this government today and in some people is exactly what I believe the tipping point that they knew they could not protect against.

Some pretty powerful statements of those above and I wholly concur.  Nice grab Robert.   First six months of this year we were being told what a great and wonderful and fair minded person Comey was and he would get to the truth and justice would be served.  It all turned out to be one big Sh*t sandwich we were being spoon fed, and this Comey is as corrupt all all those  investigated ( no real investigation we now find out ) and should pay a high price, but we know he will not.  There is no longer any accountability in high Gov't.

I also agree the DOJ should be separate, maybe like an inspector general that is not subserviante in any way to the Executive branch and is non political.  I do not know how that could be done and I am sure it will not happen.
