The info from my damaged phone would not transfer to my new phone. I was in communication with several members . Please call and leave a message and name so I can reestablish my log. This is a good reason to have a back up log written on a file somewhere.

Exactly what mine did, no transfer. Before I switched phones I did what you recomended, wrote things out on paper then logged every thing on my computer.. it saved me a ton of time.

Why a paper copy? We know computers don't  crash so I thought the paper copy was just for fun.    Wink

Killed mine dead last Sat. & my new Motorola jus' pulled all my info from my Gmail account in a matter of minutes. Numbers, pics, downloads, bookmarks, settings, apps, everything, & I don't even have cell service right now. Did it all through my home wifi cooldude

You must have switched servers. I just got a new phone from at&t because I had an old phone that was outdated. At&t said I had until Dec. to change. I bought a smart phone and everything was saved but didn't like it and bought a flip phone and again everything was saved. If I switched to another server I would have lost everything. The memory card is not compatible with other server phones.

I remained with Verizon,  kept the same number and a Samsung phone, and still wouldn't transfer. I'm by no means a guru at this but maybe the person doing it didn'to have a clue?
