Best I can tell, looks like we had 30 show up today. I thought it was really good food, and I had a chance to chat with an old friend, Bruce...a/k/a DDT. After lunch I asked Rick to take a picture of the two of us, believe it or not....the camera still works.  ;)  After going up/down those stairs to the lounge where we ate, my hip ain't happy....can you tell by the picture? Anyway, here's some shots that I hope got everyone. I rolled in the driveway at 3:15 and was sooo glad I had by Cool Vest and neck band. Really helped on the rather toasty ride home.

Pappy went incognito on this one.  ;D

Lastly....a pair a full house can't beat.   ;D

Great picture of 2 great legends of the VRCC, thanks for a good time, sometimes there isn't enough time to visit with everybody but enjoyed the ones we did talk with.  Hope that chair helped a bit with the hip John, those stairs are steep. Hope the future procedure relieves some pain.

That chair definitely made a difference, please share my thanks again for it. As for legends, I'm not in the same category as Bruce by any means. But then not many are when it comes to the open road. And, there are others in the VRCC that really fill that bill more than I do, my travels have had to be limited the last 5-6 years but today Rita insisted I go. Glad I listened.  :cooldude:

Thanks Jerry for the Right Coast RTE. I enjoyed seeing everyone. It was a pleasure riding up with John and then seeing Bruce (DDT). Last time I saw him was a GOTF in Houston. That man does get around more than anyone I know. He said that he now has 530K + miles on his Valkyrie. Made to ride - not repair!
The key thing is to wake up breathing! All the rest can be fixed. (Except Stupid - You can't fix that)

Glad we had such a large crowd.  Like Mike says. Impossible to get around to see everyone for very long with so many of us. Heck that place would have been quiet with out us invading.   :cooldude:

Congrats, Jerry! This is the second shindig you've put on that I've been able to attend, and like the first, this one also exceeded my expectations!!! I got to ride over with some folks I haven't known from the 'old days', but good folks nonetheless, and certainly part of the fabric that makes up this wonderful group you've all nurtured and grown done here... You, Sherry, and many others are the glue that hold something like this together, and I salute you for your successes!

It was really nice visiting with my good friend from the old days, John... What a guy! An inspiration on so many levels, yet an incredibly nice and equally interesting person to chat with. Many others I won't try to mention, because I don't want to leave anybody out, but you know what I mean, precisely because there are so many!

I will mention that when I first spotted Fred, I was impressed with the skinny gal he'd hooked-up with, only to learn that was DD! WOW! Talk about two great people! It was really nice to see them, too...

I really like what y'all have done with the group. The good feeling one gets from just showing up and hanging around with y'all is... well... you know. Thank all of you for the warm welcome I've received, and I assure you it's mighty good to be back amongst all y'all...

Nice thing Eddy did for Rick and Kristy, too... And, while I'm on a tear here, there are some more folks I've grown to really like over the last few years! I'm just proud to be in the mix!!!

Don't just dream it... LIVE IT!

See ya down the road...

Oh my goodness.  Hats on heads and elbows on table.

That kind of behavior would send some members of this board in your shear hysterics.   :coolsmiley:
