Mic and headphones, etc..

I went for a long ride with a bunch of Goldwing guys last weekend.  They showed me how my CB works..LOL..  I could hear them over the speakers but, since I don't have the helmet with the mic and earphones I couldn't communicate back.  So, now I'm itching to set up my helmet with the proper 5 pin stuff.  Can someone tell me what I need and where to get it?

J&M is a big seller of that stuff. Not cheap. Compatible with the wing and Valkyrie. And like said Wingstuff is a source.

Thanks.  I really want to build 2 3/4 helmets with the headsets.  The stereo/CB/intercom is great.
