It will sell, just give it some time.
Take good, clean detailed pics and post on craigslist/this site and others, with good informative description.
I have sold everything I have ever posted on craigslist within 1-2 months or so being 2 ATV's, a pop up camper, sump pumps, bicycles, skateboard/ramps, bike carrier, and one motorcycle, to name most of them. If price is reasonable and in good shape, it will sell, just patience young man, patience.
I always wondered though if brought a cycle to dealer on consignment, how much percentage or set fee the dealer gets in return for basically storing it at their dealership for others to test drive/look at. I test drove one other Valk I/S on consignment prior and told the dealer do NOT sell this unless rear brakes work and that HOnda dealer could have cared less told me that is up to the owner to decide to fix or not. Sort of rubbed me the wrong way when I told him rear brakes were no good at all among a few other minor things that needed fixing which they could have done as well easy enough.
My Valk I/S I bought at a local dealer on consignment, but at the time, price was reasonable only about 200 bucks more than I thought it was worth at the time as it sat not in mint condition/been sitting awhile. If dealer did not 1/2 way clean it up after my first visit before my 2nd visit to test ride it, I would have passed on it for sure since the first time sitting in their backroom not ready, it had a layer of dust on it pretty bad not ran much am sure the past few years or more from previous owner. Dealer cleaned it up 1/2 way decent to make it look presentable to buy and ride otherwise I would have been Valkyrieless..
