On Sept 8th I put in a $390 order from Procalber.

I was given an expected delivery date of between 9-21  and 9-23.

As of today, my order is still "in progress"

After 3 unanswered e-mails and 1 unanswered phone call, I've decided that was the last order they will receive from me.

I understand the shipping from the other side of the North American Continent would take some extra time, but their not answering my simple request as to where the order stands, is what burns me.

On Sept 30th, I ordered $400 of parts from Partzilla.  That order arrived yesterday.

I just got my stuff from them, one item left out but
hand-checked-off of the list of stuff I ordered they
included.

I expect they'll send it on when I tell them, and I do
like their prices and free shipping, but it doesn't seem
to be a place to order from if you want it fast...
