Supreme Court Justice Bader has denounced Donald Trump (again).

This is unheard of. First President Obama uses the presidential office as a bully pulpit and now this.

I'm not a lawyer but common sense tells me that Bader should recuse herself on anything that would remotely have anything to do with Trump.  If he becomes president, any action that he, and the Republican Congress would take, (if they were to win a majority), that would activate a SCOTUS opinion would be suspect if Bader is allowed to render her opinion.

Awhile back I seem to remember one member of SCOTUS briefly shaking his head during a State Of The Union address by Obama.  That got heavy media coverage. Now, they haven't figured how to spin it so that Trump really looks bad.

Checks and balances are in real danger.  They are close to being destroyed (if they haven't been Calready) Hilary and a Democratic Congress would finish it off.

Makes Trump look all the better since the veneer is coming off the supposedly civilized and rarefied air breathers.

I've stated earlier that all the entrenched politicians calling for Trumps head IS telling me ALL I need to know. IF he keeps or does 12% of his campaign rhetoric not only will the apple cart gonna be upset-they gonna need a new apple cart. Hid first executive order should be term limits. RIDE SAFE.

Again? Seems like a good thing.  If they state their bias against Trump then he can point to their prejudice against him in any decision and dispute it.  RBG has basically removed her liberal vote re: Trump. Good for her. Idiot.  And she's a Supreme Court judge?

This is all happening because they are so afraid of Trump exposing the truth about the whole corrupt system that no one wants to talk about and Trump wants to let it all hang out with total transparency so some of these buracraps will never reenter politics again.Maybe, just maybe he can get this country on the right track again so instead of having to buy a politiclcan one will listen to what the people are asking for and work for the people, not themselves.

The old farts on the supreme court should be retired and replaced.

Age doesn't necessarily have anything to do with it.  In a perfect world the SCOTUS would render judgements based solely on the meaning of the Constitution, not on their private opinion.

However, it sounds to me like Justice Bader is forgetting the duties of the Court which could be a problem with her mental capacity. I don't believe there is a process for retiring justices because of a mental or physical disease.
