I use honey in my coffee by the way.  If you use one of the artificial sweeteners you should check out this link on Aspertame.

And margarine is one chemical away from being the plastic container it comes in. There are a lot of items we ingest that are dangerous to our health

Water is one chemical away from being extremely explosive. Don't necessarily make it dangerous.

I know a guy who cut out all sugar / sweets entirely.  He was pushing 400lbs. and is now under 300 lbs. because of it.  Not so sure though I could live without some sugar?

I think my 1 a day diet coke has aspartame in it so not good been having 1 a day for well over 25 years.  I do not like the sweet too sugary of taste though in regular coca cola pop even though some say regular coke is better for you than diet coke.

There is no soda that is good for you, sweet or diet. Battery acid is just slightly more caustic so do you really want that in your body?

Used to keep Pepsi in the house-USED to. Used to keep white sugar in the house-USED to. Used to keep imitation maple syrup in the house-USED to. These days I'm a bit more concerned with what I eat and drink. NOT always successful but I duz Try.  2funny Course goin to Taco Bell calls fer a Pesi!  Roll Eyes When I drove truck and at the Handi mart I frequented where I lived in Colorado I've seen folks add multiple tablespoons full of sugar to a Coke or a Pepsi. I know down along the southern states you order sweet tea you can stand a spoon up in that stuff.  2funny Ah-at certain times it are tough to tame my sweet tooth.  Lips Sealed RIDE SAFE.
