Several of the people I have met from here have commented on my profile picture. I guess the old mugshot didn't do this beautiful face justice so I found a different photo of me. Here it is  I also have this as a backup if the other does not meet everyones approval  |

I was charged with aggrivated burglary. Long story short I went into my sisters house and beat her husbands face after he pulled a knife on her for trying to leave. http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/2911.11 |

Nothing was stolen. There is a lot of confusion with burglary and robbery. In Ohio aggrivated burglary is defined as 2911.11 Aggravated burglary. (A) No person, by force, stealth, or deception, shall trespass in an occupied structure or in a separately secured or separately occupied portion of an occupied structure, when another person other than an accomplice of the offender is present, with purpose to commit in the structure or in the separately secured or separately occupied portion of the structure any criminal offense, if any of the following apply: (1) The offender inflicts, or attempts or threatens to inflict physical harm on another; (2) The offender has a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance on or about the offender's person or under the offender's control. I didn't steal anything i went into a house while someone (ex brother in law) was home and inflicted physical harm That's a fine beard mark81! I salute you!

Sounds fair to me. The cops got me before I could catch the guy that thumped my daughter.
I was not charged as I had done nothing at the time. They did tell me when he would be released and I should stay away. ( the officer had a daughter in a similar situation. )
No further comment. Family first.
