I'd much prefer a lunch meeting as opposed to breakfast, I simply can't leave home that early to make a b'fast ride. Some place within 60 miles or so would work, I'm tossing around the idea of Boondocks around 11:30 or so, whether anyone wants to join me or not. I just want to get a couple more rides in before the slice 'n dice on the 31st. After that, it will be a few weeks before I'm up to riding again, just when the great riding weather is starting.

I was thinking Saturday although I'm getting some static on the home front. Something to do with "for pete's sake, can we get through the surgery first and then ride?"  Rita doesn't want me to be taking a chance on the leg giving out and dumping the bike when stopped. Probably best to listen, she's had so many cases of "I told you so" and I probably shouldn't expand her score if I can help it.  ;D

if your talking about Friday or Sat lunch, we'll gladly meet you.   :cooldude:
I'm riding tomorrow to Palm Coast & Crescent City, but it's for work.   makes it easier to get there.   :coolsmiley:
just post what you want to do.   :-*

I haven't called any lately because I have volunteered to work Saturdays if the opportunity should arise for the remainder of this year. I would hate to call a ride and organize it and then find out on a Friday about working the next day. I also have the I/S apart right now for service and I just got this \/ today and will have it mounted this weekend hopefully. Otherwise John I hope you get some time in the saddle before the big day and wish you well with that.

I am out this weekend, but open next weekend, barring not being stuck in court.  I would rather do a lunch ride also.  Temps are getting better for later rides.

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you're in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.

Oh man!  Now I'm disappointed..  :(

Had my alarm and GPS set.  Checked the oil and tightened nuts & bolts hoping the bike would make it that far!  Even robbed by piggy bank so I could buy your lunch.  ;D

Good luck with your surgery John...  :cooldude:

Thanks Red, have a date with the hospital this afternoon, a pre-op meeting with the anesthesia dept.  Guess they get a little twitchy when you've had open heart surgery, I understand they really hate it when you check out on the table. That's not my plans so they can just relax.  ;)  I'll just delay an RTE until a couple days post-op....at least.  ;D
