I'm certainly no attorney but this is how I see it.
A Hillary win would mean historic changes. For one, her control of the Supreme Court will mean that soon the 2nd Amendment will be changed. For the first time in the history of the United States, only members of a militia will have a right to own firearms. That means all those women, all those minorities, all those LGBT people who now have carry permits will lose their right to even own firearms as will the rest of us. Whether we are "allowed" to own firearms or not, who knows but our "right to ownership" will no longer exist.
The Heller Decision which Hillary wants to reverse said that because the 2nd Amendment is an individual right DC couldn't ban a 65 year-old man from keeping a working firearm next to his bed. Nor could they ban the other 3 men and 2 women who brought that suit to court. The opposite argument, the one Hillary supports is that there is "no individual right to own firearms". That right belongs only to militia members.
Their right to keep assembled firearms in their own home is what Hillary wants to reverse and what her court will reverse. It has nothing to do with "toddlers".
Why she so distrusts the working class that she would rob us of our rights is the big question?
Our Founders included the 2nd Amendment in our Constitution so the American people would always have a "reset button". As long as we have that reset button, we will never need it. If we lose that "reset button", history has shown over and over that we are guaranteed to need it.
The big question is, "Why does Hillary hate and fear an armed populace, why does she fear that reset button?" You can be sure, it's not because she loves us.
