That sucker is flat out scary, still have to figure out the speedo calibration issue, it's way off. Shows a max of 124mph when cruising at ~25. What's so scary is the throttle response, if you crack it you'd best be hanging on....tight. Pop 2nd and you get much the same. My plans are to paint it, come up with a seat and get rid of the bike, it literally is something I don't want. When I crack the throttle I have to remember to lean forward or it will come up in front, and I don't hit it full throttle either. Figure I'll sell it to someone that doesn't have the sense to keep it under control, then hear about it on the evening news.

With everything removed, basically all I have is a frame, tank, 2 wheels and a BIG ASS motor. I think if the OEM tank was still under the seat instead of on top of the front of the frame like the Valk, you could pull the front wheel in at least the first three gears. The extra weight in front I'm certain helps keep it down, but not totally....just helps.

About the time you started building yours a buddy of mine in Sebring started on one. He lengthened the frame on his either 4" or 7"....can't remember which. Seemed to work out pretty good for him or at least he didn't mention that issue.

Vmax? 'Fraid not for me. At my age there's two things I don't need;  a fast bike and a fast woman. Both can get you killed, and both will put a smile on your face when you go.
