something I thought was kind of a coincidence, the article said "the officer said shoot him, shoot him, shoot him"..... and the citizen shot him 3 times".

why didn't the cop stop him before he got to the police car? Because of the liberal media thats why. They would have made the cop out to be a murderer just for protecting himself. Cops these days are too afraid to use their weapon because someone will holler "black lives matter" and more than likley will be charged for murder because the judges and jury do not want to offend the black community. In my perfect world when a cop tells you to get down, stop, or whatever you do it or get shot. The officer is only trying to do his job and make it home to his family.

Why does the media acquire so much power, this term “Public has a right to know” is bullchit.  These Police officers are requiring to do a balancing act on a fence all the time, you have to understand they are human and are prone to mistakes like everyone else. And when you take away their tools to negotiate a situation, they tend to lose their balance and make those mistakes in desperation.  It’s simple, respect the LEO, if you messed up, then take you medicine, not real rocket science.  The media and manipulating the First Amendment, should come with reasonable restrictions, and to suggest it is censorship, that is bull.   “Loose lips sink ships”, and when media puts LEO’s in a position, which they question whether they can protect me or not is wrong.  You know every time I see an actor or entertainer push or punch a cameraman or reporter, I chuckle!!

It won't get to (criminal) court; won't get past the grand jury.

There might be a civil wrongful death case, if the shooter is worth anything, and the lawyer is a big enough dirthead.

I hope this citizen is awarded the highest civilian medal Florida has.  Since he gave his name as Smith I doubt he wants any lime light, maybe from fear of retribution from the usual suspects.

He has got his award, he was there, so the LEO can go home to his family at the end of the day. That is worth more than any keys or plaque you can receive.
