As to the Russian influence on the election, the tens of millions funneled to the Clinton Foundation by Russia and various partners is only alleged. I'm surprised you would hold Mrs. Clinton to such a standard.

Not logically.  The densely populated areas are strongly held by liberals.  I'll let you figure out why that is.  Conservatives are strongest in less densely populated states.  Until something dramatically changes in the makeup of the country's population the advantage of the electoral college is most felt by the conservative voting block.
