My Host migrating horseapple.com STILL BROKEN 11/21

My web host is migrating horseapple.com to their new platform.  Supposed to be upgraded, faster, more space, bells & whistles etc.  Meanwhile they have broken it.  Apparently along with others as I can't get a live person over there - they are ignoring me in the order that I called.  This is why my pics on my profile have disappeared and you get "site unavailable" at horseapple.com.

Hopefully this will be fixed asap.

Verio/tucows is taking their sweet time - migrating the change to my Domain Name Server hosted by tucows - meanwhile you can get to horseapple.com here :

The site is down.  You are seeing pics stored in your cache.  If you do a force-reload they will disappear.

Who is your host?  Just curious as I've had similar problems with several different hosts in the past.

Verio.  What they should have done, was migrate the site to the new server(s), change the DNS to point to the new location, then wait for it to propagate across the net before taking the old servers down.  Instead they migrated my site, did nothing with the DNS, sent me an email advising me to get the DNS changed, and took the old servers down, thus breaking my email and my site.  Contacted tucows my DNS registrar, who said verio is their client, it is verio's responsibility to change it.  Meanwhile I sat on hold for HOURS on the phone, for HOURS waiting for my chat request to be responded to, and sent emails to TS from my alternate email account at centurylink (since my email is down too) which were ignored apparently. So now my site is down while I wait up to 48 hours for the DNS change to propagate.  ARGHHHH.
