I know people don't like to talk about what they put in their mouth or how the move. But I came across this YouTube video I thought it may be a benefit and can watch your TV as you do it. I don't have a serious issues with rotator cuff and the knees, but it lets me know it is there. So I started doing this and I noticed it feels better fir me, more normal. I know what we eat is a factor with out issues, but I have been noticing doctors expressing that posture can also be a factor to these issues.

Anyways check this out, and see if it can be helpful to you, it seems to help me.
