It's about time I replaced the cover that I've been using for a while now. I've had a Dowco cover in the past, and liked it. I came across this one, it has a zipper running down the back. Does anyone have one of these? How'd you like it?

am sure that DOWCO one with a zipper is very nice, but not so sure I like the zipper idea might scratch the inside if touching parts of the bike.

I have a motogear made for touring bikes like ours and the goldwing, etc, very nice for the price:

I think farm and fleet though is where I bought it cheaper than 70 bucks on sale I think way back when.

I've got the Dowco zippered cover (Weatherall Plus, I think).  The underside of the zipper has a protective flap inside to prevent paint scraping, but the zipper itself is plastic and after three seasons it crapped out from the UV and elements.  The rest of cover was still fine.  Dowco replaced my cover for a small processing fee, but if I were in the market again I'd get the one without a zipper.

I have the Dowco Weatherall plus without zipper for my trike.

My previous cover was a Dowco. Somewhere I read mention that Dowco covers were guaranteed for life. My old one was leaking in a few places so I called Dowco. I was told the covers were guaranteed, just send them the White Abel sewn into the rear center of the cover.

Only problem was that I had torn off the label a few months before. Why, I can't say, but I do it to mattresses too - ever since I was a kid - the ones saying it was a federal crime to remove the label. I hate regulations.

You might try for a free one.

I've been pretty mpressed with Gearz covers. Very well made and heavy enough to handle the elements.

I bought one several years ago and immediately (with their permission) returned it for a one without the zipper and a price difference refund.  To me, it was too heavy and awkward to use.

My garage is heated and has AC but i still normally put the cover on it just to keep the dust off while parked in the garage. I like to get out there and cut wood and make a mess.
