Yup the best color combo the factory ever put out.  Was my first Valk, way back when they were new.  Rode it a lot of years, and then gave it to my son.  It was a coast to coast Valkyrie that never gave a bit of trouble.

Mine was on the bike when I bought it. i'd never ridden one before, and like a maroon I didn't check the tire pressures before I went on the test ride. It was horrible, I had to throw it into and out of every turn, I swore it was coming off as soon as I got it home. Checked the TP when I got home, 15 lbs in each! Pumped em up, and fell in love....

I bought an ATT to change it out, but there's lots of life left in the Goodyear.

Nice shot!!  Best time of the day to do anything, especially riding. Nothing like heading out on the road for the day 1st thing on a bright, crisp early morning cooldude

is it blue and cream or blue and white?

I once saw a red/cream (not white) and thought that was sharp as well.

reverse red/black on the I/S is also sharp looking with mostly darker red color, so is blue/silver on an I/S.

All good colors in my opinion, even all black/chrome once cleaned up.

Picture sure beats the past 2 hours in front of my house and few older neighbor houses snowblowing 2 feet of drifts of snow in their driveway over the front of my inherited 1971 old blue sears homelite snowblower with 5hp engine - that thing is a BEAST love it so far I was only 1 year old when this beast was NEW.  I did take the tire chains off of it though before winter since were OEM from 1971 and 80% of the links were mere 1mm from wearing thru.  Could have used them though spinning rubber tires but made it thru with a tad bit more muscle is all.  Reason took them off besides almost worn thru all over,  is because I cannot push it in neutral with chains on tires around in my garage or anywhere else since the chains and heaviness of this beast have to be superman to do it.  ONLY thing I wish it had was 1 more faster forward gear to go from house to house faster since only has one granny forward gear and one granny reverse gear is all.  I see these new ones have like 4-5 forward gears and 2 reverse gears which is really overkill.

Not white, I call it ivory. Same color code on the strawberry/cream, and the jade green/ivory Tourer.
