I've seen these on a really nice Red and White... they are a real good
alternative to OEM bags... I think the guy whose bike I saw them
on used OEM leather bag mounts... this set is $289...

EDIT: I just noticed that speakers have been installed in them, that would kind
of put me off...

One of my pet peeves are eBay ads for these kind of things that don't list any dimensions.

That's why I chimed in my opinion, having seen them on a Valkyrie at InZane.
They're really good Valkyrie appropriate bags, you could probably look up stats
for them online. The added on (holes cut) speakers sour me on them, though...

Less than $300 for a set of bags that's pretty much as good as OEM ones (they
are Kawasaki OEM) is a pretty good deal...

I just checked ebay again with "vulcan saddlebags", there's numerous left
and right side bags with no speakers for a combined even-cheaper price...

These look good on Valkyries...

Kawi Nomad saddlebag dimensions.

 Length 25"

 Width 8"

 Height 13.25"

 Capacity 28 Liters / 35-quart

Here are good bag liners for these bags, as they are side (clam-shell opening).  It's harder to smash things sideways (and get the door closed), than it is to smash things down relying on gravity in traditional top loaded bags.

If you wanted to use the Honda oem leather bag mounts, you'd probably still have to modify them.

Here's the Valkyrie I saw, next to Frank Smoak's valkyrie... I'm pretty
sure the guy had to fiddle with the mounts some and that they
were OEM leather bag mounts... as an added bonus, I think the bag-top
racks for Vulcans are still easily available...

Rams has these bags...

I have seen the kawi bags at a kawi dealership when looking for bikes 8 or so years ago before I got my Valk.  Kawi makes some very nice bags and other accessories for their bikes and I tried these bags out in the Kawi dealership and really liked them in terms of size and how they looked and opened/closed.

If easy to modify mounts,  sure saves one heck of a pricing vs. used Valk hard side bags and just as good in my opinion, if not better looking.

Good idea to give them a shot for the price and looks for sure.   Would look nice on our Valks am sure.

Mike....I have Mustang bags on my bike and I used the oem leather bag mounts to mount them.  If the original tabs that are on the oem's will work and line up on the Kawi bags, then that'll be great...but if not then this is what I had to do to make mine work with the Mustangs.....

I like what you did too... adding the bag rails was great. Punisher
added OEM bag rails to his Champions, so that works with them
too...

They fit pretty good and look stock...but I had to make some spacers to spread them out at the back a bit.....
