Night ride video

[Shrubbo]

Hey all, I hosted a night ride the other night and I had such a good time I made another video of it. Probably the biggest ride I have led with 9 in total. I got us lost as well, sweet

There is something about riding into the sunset in some really scenic places on a Valk without all the noise of the average bike that just floats my boat. I can't get enough of it.

I like riding at nite also, but have to have the driving lites in the lower cowling, on to be seen beter, or ride with a group, Our old club was called Nites Out, because of working the only time we could ride, other than weekends, was at nite. My driving lites have a strob setting also, but not allowed to be on all the time, so I kick them on to pull into rest stops, or to let someone I going to pass, one driver must  have thought I was a cop, cause he pulled over to the side of the road and stopped!!!!!!!!! Oh well nice video.

Sometimes when the sun is beating down and its too hot to go for a ride in the daytime I will go at night. I usually dont go for a long ride as around here we have wild boar to worry about on some of the roads that I travel. That would not be good, but the difference in smell and mood and feel as the night comes in and the sometimes the stillness is just so different and beautiful. I do like riding in the AM too when the sun comes up but its so different. Different smells, different feel and mostly the lack of people make that experience one to be enjoyed.

Great ride video, thanks for posting it, looks like a blast.

Here's another one. We went for a ride on the Saturday of new years eve but it was too hot so one of the boys suggested we go that night. What a good idea
