Tomorrow will be sunny but there will be no riding. Overnight low is low twenties. High tomorrow is supposed to be low Forties but feeling much colder because of the wind. Warnings are posted for hypothermia and frost bite. The ice on the back porch did not melt all day today.

And did I mention I live in Florida  uglystupid2

No ice here. But the Snowbirds sure are bitching and moaning about the cold.

We have snowbirds too, but they are too cold to complain.

Well Chris, we had that weather today, 80 degrees Friday, 29 this morning 30 mile an hour wind. Tomorrow supposed to be in the sixties. South Texas man.

You cudda sent it North where it belongs instead of East into the SUNSHINE state.  Sunshine is of little value with freezing temps

Currently 9* here, not sure about wind chill but, I am handling it.
Fire place is lit, Lazy Boy is waiting, the big screen is on, I'm ready.   Bring it.    Ain't no way I'm going back out there short of a house fire and maybe not even then.    Wink

Got about 2" today (first snow).

What I like is when it's good and cold and the snow stays fluffy, I can clean all walks, drive, deck, cars, yada with my Stihl blower and never touch a shovel. Much easier on the old back.  And no need to fire up the snow chucker.

Death to shovels.  Evil

43 degrees at daybreak wind chill feel like 20 according to weather reports. That's rough when it was low 80's  and 70-80% humidity a few days ago. But don't fret mid 70's  after Monday.   Smiley

Was 36* at 8:00am on the way to church this morning, wasn't much warmer by 10:30 when I went to the nursing home to spend some time with my wife. Strong wind to go with the temps so broke out the leather riding jacket....felt good, was glad I had it on.

This December I was riding around town for hours with the Santa suit on. Low 40's. Got 5 days in this year! Downright balmy in Iowa!

There are a number of us snow birds in Florida in the 40ºF cold this AM, but, since its still far better than the weather back home we are happy and not about to complain.

We went to the flea market and then had a great meal at the Cajun Cafe. No one had any flea's for sale though. I often wonder though how many are given away.
