I am sure the bike was very sorry it allowed an idiot to ride it in an inappropriate manner before it was executed.  Maybe BHO could commute  the sentence.........opps, too late. Sort of like blaming a gun for someone using it to commit a crime.

I am SURE beyond Any shadow of doubt that by destroying that M/C that the event WILL Not be held in 2017.  I'm also Sure by the same reasoning that the Denver Colorado L E Os have in fact and deed that on pain of M/C destruction they will Never again have to deal with that sort of tom foolery.  Any bets here on that? Would it? Or would it more likely be held in a more respectable (and safe) manner, and make some of the more Hot Heads want to do it again?

I thought it as a Civil Disobedience demonstration. I did not listen to the video, just browse through it to see what was happening.

I think this action is unconstitutional as hell.
The article says the owners are awaiting a jury trial.  So, this property was STOLEN from them, in my opinion.  I recall New York City destroying dirt bikes that were in the city, also.  The asset forfeiture laws, as they are written, need to be illegal. 

Look, I hate these idiots doing their crap on public roads, but the State cannot deprive them of their property without a trial by their peers.
