An acquaintance used to sell them. Kind of a neat venture between Japan and America.  I think they ranged from 80-250 cc.  Neat little trail bike.

They were great bikes. Lightweight, well balanced, good power. Probably one of the best of the day for wheelies.

I had a nice Ace 100 until around 1992 or so... I still have a gas tank,
and a frame and... ? forks? ... not in good shape...

They might be worth something to a Hodaka guy.  :cooldude: I kick myself whenever I think about it, but a couple years ago an old man passed away and his wife was left with getting rid of his stuff. He had a pristine Ace 100. Probably could have got it for $500. But I thought "I'll never ride it" and passed it up.  :uglystupid2:

rocketray

my buddy Dave had one....in our only race around a 1-2 mile bramble I passed him on a short split in the single track on my Bridgestone 100 street/trail model..sheer talent on my part--he went into Nuclear Engineering..I became a mere Family Doctor

That's why I no longer have the Ace 100, the CR500 and the XR200... motorcycles (gas motors)
hate to sit.
