As a former doctor of mine (Best doctor I ever had who sadly retired early rather than deal with Obamacare) said, you could bring him ANY person in the USA and he could, using DSM4 criteria (DSM5 wasn't out yet), diagnose them with at LEAST 3 mental illnesses.

Anyone.

NO one has no mental illnesses, going by DSM criteria.
