It got all the way up to freezing today but the sun was out bright. Have someone coming over to look at the Sleigh tomorrow so I needed to get her uncovered and out of the back of the garage. Couldn't help it, the cold weather clothes we're hanging in the garage also. Took her out for an hour or so. Chili but nice. Come on Spring!

Winter Springs, FL - Occasionally...

Ahhhhh, the need to ride! Yep, all here know well what you're experiencing! Some fortunate few of us get to do it all the time... but, I feel your pain! Theoretically, of course, having spent most of my life in Florida, protracted annual weather related periods of no riding simply don't exist. Buck up, buckerooo, and keep taking advantage of any opportunity no matter how questionable! Your day is coming!!!

P.S. Still mighty proud of my 'bell'! Thanks again!!!

Can't believe you are letting that beautiful bike go. Is your wing an 1800?

It's harder than I thought it would be.   The Wing is a 2010 Motor Trike conversion. Ir has all the goodies.

YES they did.

We have talked about going South when we retire but I really think we would miss the four seasons too much.  I do love the Midwest, so driving south for breaks during the winter will be the answer.   I popped my old bell off the Sleigh last nigh, it will be prominently displayed on the (name yet to be determined) new tide.

nice bike, looks sharp, one of a kind.

never thought I would say this, but with the attire on all bundled up, that large Valkyrie trike looks almost too small for you?

For sure the best trike I have seen by far.

enjoy the ride, for me will wait until end of March, although heard rumors in another week or so might hit 49 degrees which is unheard of in February this time of year... Roll Eyes

Thanks Cookie.  Never thought about it, but 4 layers on top of a 375 pound frame does look kind of large.   Got to get slimmer clothes I guess.

Yes I can.  Going to have to set the bars higher to make it comfortable though.

If I had a trike, I would put studded tires on it and go for a ride today.  It's supposed to get up to -20°C this afternoon!  A little slippery for two wheels , though.
