Hot Dog,  my Phat Girl has finally matured enough to win a beauty contest.  2000 Standard (the one in my pic) took 1st Place in Import Stock in the Arkansas ABATE Annual Bike Show and Swap meet.

Im still stoked    Maybe next year try to compete in the Import Cruiser class

That's a bit misleading, isn't it?  The Valkyrie is not an import.   Smiley

I argued that point with the judges, but they put it into the imports.   I told them she was born in the US and is a US citizen, but they didn't agree  lol.   Its ok though, one of my buddies won the Non-Import class and Best of Show with his Indian.   So no tears were shed and I still have the trophy for my class.   Next year, Ill enter Import Cruiser Class with the Valk and I might enter my customized GW trike into the Trikes.  Two years ago I entered my trike (and I hate to say it, but it is decked out) into another local show and lost out a totally stock Spider, so go figure.

congrats,  I have been thinking the past few years of entering my pretty much stock Valk I/S all black as well into the local mom and pop cycle show, but everytime it either rains/drizzles or my bike is too dirty to compete needing a full cleaning and wax job.  Not so sure it would win 1st or 2nd, but maybe 3rd place in a sea of HD's that cost 2-3x's or more.
