Most know Bruce (BF) finally had to sell his bike.  Well I had watched him build it and he is right down the road from me so I had to do it.  I just had to buy it so he wont have that to worry about any longer.  Chemical bombed the carbs because it was running a little rough and also changed all the intake runner O-Rings.  Now its running like a scalded dog and idles smooth as butter.  It don't look all that bad either (kidding) Bruce did a fine job on this beauty!

It's very sad that BF got to the point he had to let it go. But at the same time it's very good of you to ease his mind.  cooldude

Yes, I love the bike maybe not quite as much as Bruce but when I ride it I think, by the grace of God do I continue in good health able to ride. I think of how this beauty came to be residing with me and yes there is a sadness. I find I am not taking as much for granted these days.

cooldude I hear you. It seems everybody around me lately is having health issues. Makes me appreciative of what God has granted me even more. Take care my friend and thanks for looking out for BF's bike.  cooldude

I can't think of a better place for it to be than right there in your family room right beside your Red & White.

You get anymore bikes Jeff, you're gonna have to add on.   Smiley

I guess I'm going to have to change my signature pic now that I don't own it anymore....just as soon as I can think of/find something else to replace it with.

I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

I wish you wouldn't. It will always be a part of you and you a part of it.  Although this is general section, it's a Valkyrie forum. I enjoy seeing that photo of one of the best looking Valkyries out there, you made it outstanding.

Perhaps you're right/or not   Undecided   However, I'll leave it up to Jeff....it is HIS bike now.

If Jeff would rather I take it down, it'll come down.

I agree with signart.  I certainly am only the caretaker of the bike for now.  It will always be the bike you built and by all means proudly display your best pics!!!!

Actually Jeff, I have a different idea.

I think that you should snap a pic of the both of the bikes in your family room and post that as your signature pic.  That'll be cool IMHO.   cooldude

Red & Black & White & Chrome chillin' in the family room.   cooldude

The premise of the ongoing story behind this thread is certainly based on an unfortunate circumstance, and as Im sure everyone else on here does, I hope for and wish BF the very best going forward. The bike itself is of course, certainly beautiful, as is the continuing story of the change in it's "ownership" or perhaps "care taking".... a perfect example of what VRCC is really about as far as I'm concerend  cooldude
