Sure glad you weren't talking about a person's age, I wouldn't want to go through some of the same stuff again that I've faced since then.  ;)  Back in that time of the mid-70's, a buddy of mine had a new '73 TransAm, black, beautiful, and powerful. I scared the crap out of him once while he was showing off with it, I was chewing on a long licorice stick when he suddenly punched it. Just for giggles I shoved the stick in my mouth and started acting like I was choking while banging on his arm, all the time gagging and pointing to my throat. He slammed on the brakes, reached over and pulled on the 1/2" of it still sticking out....pulled it out as it uncurled inside my mouth, that part he obviously couldn't see. I didn't tell him for a couple hours that I had pranked him.

He didn't drive it a lot, kept it under a cover in his garage for nearly 40 years and only took it out 4-5 times a year, always said it was an investment. He eventually sold it when he retired with only 4k miles on it and for much more than he paid for it new. He always kept it currently registered and insured....just in case as he used to say.

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you're in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.

73 is okay....

36 is much better. 36 just feels fresh and snappy.
