Lynch, under the order of Hussein, with 17 days left to go in his administration, changed the way the handling of intelligence information has been coming into , and disseminated, throughout the gov't.  The previous policy was in place for over 20 years, and 17 days before the he leaves, Hussein makes this change.

Previously, raw information came in to the NSA.  The information was then disseminated to those that needed to know, probably with modifications, didactions, etc.   Now, all of a sudden, the raw material/data, will be sent to 13 different intelligence agencies.

I wonder why Hussein did this?

If in fact he did change the policy (I don't know), couldn't our current president just change it how he wants ?

Its amazing how much Barry has done in his last days in office. Who said he couldn't get anything done. I would hate to be in a office with so much to do and have to unwind the landmines set by a previous admin, just so they could have their legacy preserved. We are  finding more and more that the supposed rants by Trump are really true concerns just like this latest coo to get rid of Flynn.

my take is that the info is being sent directly to his shadow government with Soros

Probably all the servers and computers need to be scrubbed for worms and shadow programs

This is worse than before FDR set up OSS with his trusted buddies

You don't find anything interesting about the timing?  He's had 8 years and he does it 17 days before leaving office.

If that was such a good idea, then why was it not implemented during the first 17 days in 2009?
The reason should be clear.  It was to get info to the shadow gov't and this is were the leaks are coming from, in order to be as disruptive to the Trump administration as possible.   G-man knows, Robert knows and Oss knows.   All roads lead to Ben Rhoads, just my opinion.

Hi Oss.  I did not know to much about the OSS until I read the book Killing Patton 2 years ago.  That Wild Bill Donovan was something else.  O'Reilly and Martin Dugan made a decent case they were out to get Patton with 3 assassination attempts in very unique ways.

Nothing to see here?

This isn't a minor bureaucratic adjustment. This significantly changes the entire dynamic of the intelligence community.

The NSA with extraordinary National security powers, has been green lighted to share their surveillance and highly secret and classified information with agencies that would otherwise require Court orders and overcoming extensive and overwhelming legal hurdles to access the same information.

So just 2 weeks before the transfer of power, the outgoing bureaucrats, loyal to the previous administration, still in the bureaucracy, and various agencies, find themselves with extraordinary information they should not have and the opportunity to create all kinds of chaos with a media machine ready to do their bidding.

Pretty much kind of looks like where we are, don't it?

They need to find them and hang them.

Yeah, I do.

The timing (Jan 2017) could be very consistent with the Hillary NOT winning as everyone expected.

If this was such a good idea, how come it took eight years to make?   Hmmmm?

I previously opined the WH leaks were from NSA, and they probably are, but the leaker may be in any of 18 intelligence agencies.  More good news.  crazy2

I guess its to be expected.  The swamp is full of alligators.  They're not going to idly sit by while someone tries to destroy the habitat that's taken them years to build.  Given what he's up against, it probably takes someone with a course demeanor to fight these assholes.

At the time I thought this was just a flippant statement. But as time goes on, I think he was right on the money.

so in a month he has kept promises
reassure allies Britain, Israel, Canada, Japan, South Korea

Kept promise to those in Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania by helping the coal industry avoid death by Obama

Kept promise to bring jobs back (Boeing-Tech giants, Women business initiative

Kept promise re border  *wish he would just ignore the 9th circuit until SCOTUC weighs in like Jackson in 1800's

Pledged to find source of leaks in intelligence that could hurt national security. Rogue agents inside agencies may be worse than rogue justices of the 9th circuit but to me they are both anathema like racial and religious hatred.

So if he is your idea of a loonie then I will accept the compliment myself thank you

Personally I don't know if he is loonie or not. But I have finally come to understand he is viewed VERY differently by folks. Case in point was his press conference a couple days ago.

Bureaucratic barriers dating back to 9/11/2001 and this happens 1/3/2017.

Gee, I guess Hussein can do absolutely nothing wrong for you guys............

re patton

just read one of those who killed him books (there are 2)

personally I thought the Russians got to him in the hospital as he was getting better...
and not our intelligence community  Patton was right to hate Stalin as he killed at least 20 million
many his own people

How would the world be different today?  who knows
Its like asking if our intelligence leaked the secrets of the bomb to ensure MAD and not the couple who were executed acting alone
