A lot of interstates that I have looked at have the show chrome passenger floorboards. Mine sit so low the chrome bag guards dig into my wife's legs.
Found these extension relocators from J&P cycles that fix this.

I have those on my bee and have since '99 my IS has differnt boards don't know the maker of those.

Three  things I had to do to make her happy was drink holder, plug in for her phone and raise the floorboards

Also ordered a sheepskin from sickafus to make seat covers was cheapest place I found found for that size
