lights in I/S pods

[HOZ]

Are the lights in the pods on I/S specific per the year or were they a option for all years? Just got a 99' and it does not have them, but I would like them. Can I retro fit some in the pods or is that not going to happen? TIA

[BonS]

This is about the only way to get them these days:
