first day to ride to work

                       Ok, now 70+ by friday afternoon when I get off work GREAT, it will be alittle chilly on the way in at 5am but it will be great at 330 when I get off. Have ridden acouple sundays with nice temps but this will be the first day to take it to work. Have told several people about the bike so I'm sure it will get plenty of looks during the day and after work. I will ride my Valk this time but plan on taking the GL1000! on other days as the summer really gets here. Will take a ride after work up to a bike bar I go to in nice weather. It's called choppers on 173 near Wilmont northern Ill. RIDE ON life is good on a Valkyrie!,,,,

Man I used to water ski Fox Lake in the summer.  And if the ice was thick enough ice fishing in the winter.  da prez lives around Crystal Lake/Cary like that.  RIDE SAFE.

And we used to Rent out The Abbey on Fox Lake for dealer meetings for Johnson and Evinrude Outboards. Couple of amazing memories................anyway.....have been riding to work 3-4 days a week all winter so far.

            Hi old to soon   yes I know Ross he did the carb work and ck out on the GL1000 I got last fall, even gave me his old shop manual for the bike since he had one back when, have even riden with him afew times, would be great to meet you some time, not making Billings this year, have another trip planned for late july early aug.have read your posts, take it slow, we need good riders like you out on the road.
